The building is distributed over 4 floors with lift. We have two 1 bedroom flats on the ground floor. On the first and first floor we have three 1 bedroom flats with sea view, 1 flat with 2 bedrooms with sea view, 2 studios with sea view and large terraces and two interior studios.
On the third floor we have 1 studio with large terrace and sea view and 2 flats with large terrace and sea view.
We have 21 bright and comfortable flats and studios. All of them have a fully equipped kitchen and a balcony or terrace with sea view.
To ensure that guests have a very pleasant stay, each flat has a full range of amenities, such as Wi-Fi, cable TV, hairdryer, central heating and air conditioning, to name but a few.

This beautiful detached house is in an unbeatable location just 15 metres from the beach of Puerto Pollensa, the promenade and countless restaurants and shops. It consists of two bedrooms, warm living-dining room, large fully equipped kitchen, two bathrooms, one inside and one outside, outside shower, barbecue and solarium with sunbeds and sunshades.
LA VINYA GRAN
